Technical data sheets, drawn up according to precise specifications ensure a very high quality production.
The species and varieties’s choice will be chosen according to its pedoclimatic context (soil - climate) for each plot
Manual and mechanical weeding is carried out on a regular basis to ensure exceptional crop purity, thus excluding all traditional agricultural pesticides that contaminate the soil and groundwater.
Natural fertilizers, crushed plants and compost provide the mineral elements that are necessary for plants’needs for optimum and natural development, unlike chemical and synthetic products
Good water management is ensured by reasoned irrigation, as it is reduced to a minimum (re-growth of vegetation) thus allowing maximum development of the essential oil content.
Key element of the aromatic power of our organic plants. Harvest periods are adapted according to the species, varieties, terroir and climate for each cultivated plot.
After harvesting, the plants are dried gently and homogeneously in the driers that equip the farms, thus preserving all the aromas and keeping the plant away from the sun.
Threshing is an essential step of the product development process: Dust removal, foreign elements, earth and stones. Only linked to the know-how and experience of our producers.
There are more than 30 different grids to screen each plant. The choice of these screens depends on the plant species and varieties. The vibration of the sieve removes further impurities. After sieving, only the noble part of the plant is retained.
In addition to appearance, colour, scent and essential oil content, the homogeneity and regularity of our plants are major quality criteria. A slightly "coarse" cut allows us to obtain infusions free from dust and impurities.
Our experience and know-how enable us to offer you an optimal combination of each plant’s active ingredients, which are the key to your satisfaction. Each infusion is an innovation for a unique moment of balance and well-being. Proof that the future combines with nature.
