Terms of payment and security
You can make the payment :
BY BANK CARD With Visa/Mastercard :
The payment will be made on the secure bank servers of our partner (CIC). This implies that no banking information concerning you will transit via our site www.florel-en-provence.fr.
Payment by credit card will therefore be perfectly secure. As soon as the payment is accepted by our partner, your order is recorded and validated. Security: Your credit card details will be encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and will never pass in clear on the network. The payment will be made directly to the bank.
Araquelle has no access to these details and does not keep them on its servers. You will be asked for them again for each new transaction on our site.
BY BANK CHECK :
Make your cheque payable to Araquelle SAS and send it to Domaine de l'Héritière, Rue de la Roubine, 13116 Vernègues - Cazan. Don't forget to indicate your order reference. Your order is then reserved for a period of 30 days. Beyond this period, without receipt of your check, it will be cancelled. The order will be processed only after receipt of your cheque and after validation.
Default of Payment : Araquelle reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.
